- Our buckwheat pillows are intended to be used with your own favorite color pillow case.
- In order to maximize the benefits of our pillows, use without a pillowcase is discouraged.
- The L-OMA organic buckwheat pillows are washable in warm water and a mild detergent but no bleach.
- Simply empty the buckwheat hulls from their inner case into a container and place the inner case inside out in your washing machine. Either air dry or tumble dry on the cool cycle.
